SRG Executive Development Workshops are offered in company on a range of topics. Other subjects can be designed as requested. The outlines below are only sample topics.

  1. The Engaging Manager - develop the skills of managers to better engage employees, gain their commitment and elevate their potential.
  2. Excelling as a New Manager - learn how to make an effective transition from individual contributor to manager.
  3. Are You a Change Agent? - assess a manager's potential to be a change agent and develop change management skills.
  4. Leading Across the Organization - learn how to show leadership across and up as well as down.
  5. How to Create an Engaging Culture - how to change an organization's culture to foster better employee engagement.
  6. Fostering Greater Collaboration - how to improve collaboration across an organization.
  7. Creating an Innovative Culture - how to develop a more innovative business culture.

Workshops are generally one day in length but they can be longer and more in depth as required. Follow up individual and/or group coaching is also offered where requested, bearing in mind that skill development is a process not an event. Individual and group coaching both take the form of reviewing what seems to be working and what isn't going so well and brainstorming optional approaches to specific issues. Group coaching has the added advantage of providing opportunities for the original workshop participants to share experiences and learn from each other.
