- Complete self-insight questionnaires designed to provide awareness on your change management style and general orientation to change in organizations.
- Learn how to play to change management strengths, enhance them and develop new change management skills.
- Work through a case study of an organization involved in a major change in order to gain insights into best practices and learn change management techniques including enhanced insight into your own change management style.
- Share insights with other participants on best approaches to the change issues in the case study exercise.
- Engage in role-plays to practice winning over a stakeholder or employee who is resisting the organizational change.
- Sharpen listening and facilitative skills; learn how to engage stakeholders and how to sell the need for change.
- Learn how to identify the change management styles of colleagues and how to encourage them to be more proactive in championing change themselves.

Workshops are generally one day in length but they can be longer and more in depth as required. Follow up individual and/or group coaching is also offered where requested, bearing in mind that skill development is a process not an event. Individual and group coaching both take the form of reviewing what seems to be working and what isn't going so well and brainstorming optional approaches to specific issues. Group coaching has the added advantage of providing opportunities for the original workshop participants to share experiences and learn from each other.
