Self Renewal Group

Based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, near Toronto, was founded by Mitch McCrimmon, Ph.D. in 1994. Experienced associate consultants are used on larger projects.

The name of the firm stems from 2 ideas: that all organizations have 2 tasks (1) to execute today's business and (2) to create the future or renew themselves. The second theme is individual development or self renewal.

Mitch McCrimmon has 30+ years experience in executive assessment and coaching. Following an earlier HR career, he worked for KPMG in Toronto and London in the mid 1980's and then PA Consulting Group in London from 1989 to 1994, at which time the Self Renewal Group was formed. He returned to Canada in 2006 after 20 years in the UK.  In 1990 he obtained a Chartered Psychologist designation from the British Psychological Society. He got his Ph.D. in the philosophy of psychology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1975.
